A subliminal is an audio track carrying affirmations below the level you consciously notice, usually under music or ambient sound.
How most subliminals are made
Typically someone records a list of affirmations, lowers the volume, and hides it under music. Quality varies hugely, from a few dozen phrases looped to more careful production.
How ours are made
Each topic is built from 2,000+ affirmations written in both first and third person, with the customer's name woven in for custom pieces. They are layered around 100,000 times and sped up incrementally, using our own formula. No voice recording is involved.
