Who this is for
- You are running on empty and want an hour that asks nothing of you - Wound-up, tearful, foggy, or simply "I don't know what I need" - You have heard of Reiki and want to feel what it is like before booking anything longer - You want calm and quiet company, not advice, not a video call - You want to be somewhere private, in your own bed or chair, and still be held
What happens
You send a short brief and your preferred slot, and we confirm it. The work begins at that slot, and the current is held for the hour before and the hour after it — around three hours set aside for a single half-hour session, so there is room to stay with it longer if the work asks for it. You do not need to be awake, still, or on a call. Studio notes follow once our side is closed.
What you receive
The 30-minute distant session and a few lines of studio notes afterwards.
What this is not
Insured distant work and a complementary spiritual practice. Not a medical treatment. Not a diagnosis. Not a promised physical change. Adults 18+. Speak first if the brief is medical, about a child, or about someone who has not agreed.
How a session runs
- Send the brief, or order and write the brief at checkout.
- We confirm the window.
- You rest where you are — no call unless you ask for one.
- The session is sent.
- A short studio note when our side is closed.
Insured distant work. Adults 18+, or an animal in your care with your consent. Relaxation, spiritual comfort and settling — a complementary practice, not a medical or veterinary treatment.
Speak to us before you order
No brief is too small. No question is wasted. Write first if you are unsure which session fits, or if the brief is medical, legal, about a child, or about someone who has not agreed.
