My age: 65. So I must say my energy levels have been astounding as of late. I am not one to leave reviews but this was a amazing surprise. I had booked in a distant reki session for 9pm EST slot, was advised to drink just a few sips of water before the session. Within 5 to 10 minutes my whole body felt this warm pulsating aura of pure energy. My eyes felt refreshed and then while listening to the audio file I began to feel this amazing sensation in my spine. I do not recall what happened next, as the deep sleep from the healing had lured me into its warm grasp very quickly. I haven't slept like that in many years. I eventually woke up at 2am and was surprised by the whole experience. Feel 20 years younger I must say. Highly recommended, its something let me tell you.
