What Is Distant Reiki?
Distant Reiki is Reiki offered remotely: the practitioner works at an agreed time and you rest wherever you are.
How a session runs
We allocate a time slot. Work begins at that slot and is held for an hour before and after, so about three hours are reserved for you. For sessions above £80 we ask for two dates and confirm which works best.
What you do
Find somewhere quiet, lie or sit comfortably and rest. Some people sleep; that is fine.
Who it is for
People who want a quiet hour of stillness, comfort before or after a demanding event, a sense of settling, or support through grief.
What it is not
Distant Reiki is a complementary spiritual practice. It is not medical, psychological or veterinary treatment and does not replace professional care.
